Terms for the use
of Pinkve.
The terms governing access to and use of Pinkve, an independent system of LogicBasis.
These Terms apply specifically to Pinkve and supplement the general LogicBasis Terms where applicable.

02 / SCOPE
Acceptance of these Terms.
By accessing or using Pinkve, you agree to these Terms.
Where applicable, these Terms supplement the general LogicBasis Terms. In the event of a conflict, the provisions specific to Pinkve take precedence for the use of Pinkve.
03 / PINKVE
A structured system for organisations.
Pinkve provides a defined structure for organisations to express their identity, direction and development.
Pinkve defines the structure. The organisation determines the content expressed within it.
04 / ACCESS
Access to the system.
Certain functions of Pinkve may require an account or authorised access.
Users are responsible for providing accurate information where required and for maintaining the security of their access.
Available functions may depend on the applicable plan or service.
05 / PROTOCOLS AND PROFILES
The organisation's representation.
A Pinkve Protocol is the structured representation of an organisation within Pinkve.
A Protocol may be made available as a public profile through a stable link or other public interface.
The structure and available sections are defined by Pinkve. The organisation is responsible for the information it provides and publishes.
06 / ORGANISATION CONTENT
Content remains with the organisation.
Organisations are responsible for the content they submit, publish or maintain within Pinkve.
They must ensure that they have the necessary rights to use and publish that content and that it complies with applicable law.
By using Pinkve, the organisation grants the rights necessary for LogicBasis to store, process and display the content as required to operate the service.
07 / PLANS AND PAYMENT
Access according to the applicable service.
Pinkve may provide free and paid plans or services.
The functions, limits, duration and price of a paid service are presented before purchase.
Payment is due according to the payment method and conditions presented at the time of purchase.
08 / REFUNDS
Payments are generally final.
Fees paid for Pinkve services are non-refundable once the applicable purchase has been completed, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly provided by Pinkve.
Where a service begins immediately after purchase, access or delivery may therefore begin immediately.
09 / SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
Access may be restricted.
Pinkve may restrict, suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the system, address misuse, enforce these Terms or comply with applicable law.
Where appropriate, individual functions or content may be restricted instead of the entire service.
10 / SYSTEM CHANGES
Pinkve may develop.
Pinkve is a developing system and may be extended, modified, reduced or otherwise changed over time.
Changes may affect structural, technical or functional aspects of the system.
11 / AVAILABILITY
Digital availability cannot be guaranteed.
Pinkve may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, infrastructure failures or circumstances outside the reasonable control of LogicBasis.
Continuous or error-free availability is therefore not guaranteed.
12 / INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The system remains protected.
Pinkve, including its name, system architecture, structural logic, interfaces, designs and documentation, is protected by applicable intellectual property rights.
Use of Pinkve does not transfer ownership of the system or its underlying structures to the user.
13 / RESPONSIBILITY
The organisation remains responsible for its use.
Organisations remain responsible for their content, representations and decisions based on information contained in or obtained through Pinkve.
Pinkve provides a structured representation of organisational information and does not replace legal, financial, technical or other professional assessment.
14 / LIABILITY
Liability follows the applicable framework.
Liability of LogicBasis in connection with Pinkve is governed by the applicable LogicBasis Terms and mandatory applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not legally permitted.
15 / PRIVACY
Personal data is handled separately.
The processing of personal data in connection with Pinkve is governed by the applicable Pinkve Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy provides the information required regarding the processing of personal data.
16 / THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
External services may support Pinkve.
Pinkve may rely on third-party services for functions such as hosting, infrastructure, payments or communication.
The use of such services may be subject to additional terms or privacy policies of the respective providers.
17 / CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
The contractual framework may change.
These Terms may be updated when Pinkve, its services or applicable legal requirements change.
The current version applies from its date of publication, subject to mandatory applicable law.
Where notification of a material change is legally required, the applicable users will be informed accordingly.
18 / GOVERNING LAW
Swiss law.
These Terms are governed by Swiss law, subject to mandatory provisions of the law applicable to the user.
Where legally permissible, disputes arising from the use of Pinkve shall be subject to the competent courts at the applicable place of jurisdiction in Switzerland.
